  • Day 1:- Delhi 

    Welcome India,Arrive  Airport  or Railway Station meet our representative then proceed towards Mussoorie   by cab . Reach Massoorie  by evening check in to the hotel.  Overnight stay at  Hotel.

  • Day 2 :- Massoorie local 

    After a leisurely breakfast move out to visit  Kempty fall , gun hill , lal tibba , local market . In evening  You are free to move around camel’s back road  a way for nature walk .Over night stay at hotel .

  • Day 3 :- Massoorie –  Delhi 

    After a leisurely breakfast check out from the hotel visit Mussoorie lake  then  proceed back to Delhi .On your arrival in Delhi you will drop at Airport or Railway Station for your  onward destination .

  • Air Fare , Rail fare, Lunches, portage, guides, entrance fees to places of visit.
  • Damages / claims of any kind, Expenses of personal nature like telephone calls, laundry bill etc.
  • Any other services note mentioned above.

Advance Booking Policy

  • 30 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
  • Complete your 50% amount before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
  • Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on first day of arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:-

  • In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
  •  Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
  •   Advance token’s amount 30% is non-refundable in any cases.
  •   In exceptional cases like Instant death, company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges. (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount) .
  •  The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
  •  Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only. Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services. Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)
  •  In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & proponing second time will attract additional charges.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  •   In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  •  The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the Booking Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

Please read the below instruction carefully:-

  • Customers must carry their ID proof & the issued Confirmation Voucher , Air, Train, Volvo tickets on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
  • Hotel check in time:-12:00 noon. (Early check in is subject to availability & extra charges will be applicable as per hotel policy), check out time: 11:30 am.
  •  In few tourist destinations, the facilities of hotel, services etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in hill station are categorized on the basis of location, services and costing and not as per star categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
  • Meal timings in hotel must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meal no refund will be provided & for extra meals guest is liable to pay the charges directly in hotel.
  • We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  •  Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event (any natural calamity like: snow fall, strikes, Govt. constructions etc.)
  •  Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation Voucher.
  • The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
